HHF Mentorship Opportunity

What a mentor does

At Humble Hillside Farm, we believe no mother should walk this journey alone. Our mentorship program pairs each resident with a trusted mentor from the community who walks alongside her from the time she enters the program through graduation and into the next season of her life. Mentors provide encouragement, accountability, and practical support as residents work toward personal goals, prepare for motherhood, and build stability for themselves and their babies.

Mentorship is not about having all the answers. It is about showing up consistently, building relationship, and offering encouragement during an important season in a mother's life. Mentors are carefully vetted, complete a background check, and receive training to help them effectively support and guide their resident.
